Our wine philosophy
Winemaking is our passion
Winemaking is our life. Every year we create quality wines with a typical grape variety from top locations in our cellar.
We grew up closely associated with wine and hospitality. Klaus in Bremm, Marion in Klotten. Since 2017 our common business is the Weinmanufaktur Hubertus in Klotten.
In the picture below you can see young Klaus Franzen with a glass of Riesling. Guess who is the woman next to him - right, his elementary school teacher. Something like that probably only exitst in the Moselle Valley.

Our guests enjoy the views from our terrace while trinking moselle wine and having a chat with winemaker Klaus. The combination of Marions Hospitality and Klaus excitement for wine creates a very unique atmosphere.
Here, right next to the Moselle, you will experience wine rather than simply trinking it. You can have a small wine tasting while enjoying typical moselle food on our terrace or you can book a private tasting event or a party event in our wine cellar.
